Daily timetable: 40h per week

Functions to be developed:

Provide support in the modeling of the demand for people and goods for the development of the Sustainable Mobility Urban Plan of Ankara (SUMP). The person will be in charge of defining the activity-based demand models and validating the progress and tasks of the local partners. This includes coordination with the project leader. 

The tasks include the writing of scientific articles in scientific journals and congresses, based on the SUMP project material.

Required skills:
  • Bachelor in civil engineers, mathematics or operational research
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in transport modelling and data analysis.
Other valued skills (not mandatory):
  • Master degree in transportation
  • Experience in international projects
  • Experience in a research/academic institution

Qualification system:

The requisites and merits will be evaluated with a maximum note of 100 points. Such maximal note will be obtained summing up the following points:

  • Education: 15%
  • Experience in the field of transport: 15%
  • Experience in academic/research institution: 10%
  • Language (English) skills: 10%
  • Experience in international projects: 10% 
  • Interview: 40%
