Apply now with us for an INPhINIT fellowships from “La Caixa Foundation”!!  We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated candidate interested in STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).

The fellowships cover four years of full-time research, with a competitive salary, a research budget, and a personal development plan. The fellows will also benefit from the mentoring and training activities offered by the INPhINIT program, as well as the networking and collaboration opportunities with other INPhINIT researchers and institutions.

If you are interested in applying for this fellowship, we would like to invite you to consider the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE) as your hosting institution. CIMNE is a research organization that develops and applies numerical methods and computational techniques for the solution of engineering problems in various fields, such as civil, mechanical, aerospace, biomedical, environmental, and industrial engineering.

CIMNE is a Severo Ochoa centre, and we have a long and successful track record of hosting fellowships, offering a stimulating and multidisciplinary research environment.

To apply for the INPhINIT fellowship with CIMNE as your hosting institution, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Check the eligibility criteria and the evaluation criteria of the INPhINIT program (incoming call or retaining call) on the official website.
  2. Browse the list of available research projects offered by CIMNE on the Finder (lacaixafoundation.org). Please, choose CIMNE as a host institution.
  3. Contact the project supervisors by email and express your interest in applying for the INPhINIT fellowship with their project.
  4. Prepare your application documents, which include a CV, a motivation letter, a research proposal, and reference letters.
  5. Submit your online application through the La Caixa application platform before the deadlines:
    • Modality Incoming: until January 24, 2024
    • Retaining modality: until February 15, 2024
