Functions to be developed:

Develop, implement and validate nonlinear constitutive models in Kratos Multiphysics for monotonic and cyclic loading applicable to composite and metallic materials.

Document the work done in periodic reports and presentations.

Present the work done in conferences, workshops or training events.

 
Required skills:

  • Experience programming in Kratos Multiphysics
  • Previous publications in Q1 journals in the field of composite materials and/or fatigue.
  • Proven record of participation in competitive projects.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Active participation in innovation projects.
  • Support in the development of proposals and projects.
  • Contribution to the development of products, software, or services according to project or contract expectations.
  • Collaboration in establishing and maintaining relationships with companies and/or governmental or public institutions.
  • Contribution to the writing and publication of applied research papers, reports for industry or public institutions (including confidential reports), professional practice guides, technical guidelines, technical books, expert opinion papers, etc.

 
Other valued skills (not mandatory):

  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan.
  • Availability to travel occasionally for short research stays, conferences or project meetings.

 
Qualification system:

The requisites and merits will be evaluated with a maximum note of 100 points. Such maximal note will be obtained summing up the following points:

  • Academic qualifications: 10%
  • Training and development: 10%
  • Professional experience: 30%
  • Knowledge of the Catalan language: 5%
  • Knowledge of the English language: 20%
  • Selective tests and interview: 25%
