OCZ Conference Room, C1 Building, 1st Floor, UPC Campus Nord (Barcelona)
Promotional banner for GiD v18 featuring 3D engineering models: a meshed human torso inside a cylindrical domain, a metallic aircraft model, and a detailed turbine with multicolored internal components. The background shows a gradient grid pattern, with LinkedIn, YouTube, and GiD Simulation icons in the corner, and the CIMNE and gidsimulation.com logos at the bottom.

CIMNE’s DIGIT Innovation Unit will present GiD 18, the new official version of its universal pre- and post-processing software for numerical simulations. This new release introduces significant improvements in mesh generation, advanced visualization techniques, results visualization, efficiency and overall performance, while also incorporating new and enhanced tools to facilitate the integration of any type of solver.

The session will provide an overview of the main new features of GiD 18 and their impact on simulation workflows in research and industrial applications. It will also include the latest developments in the GiD Simulation Cloud environment, the cloud services associated with GiD, with a focus on improvements to the GiD Visualizator and the Model Manager.
