Eugenio Oñate has been awarded the ECCOMAS Ritz-Galerkin Medal 2020

Eugenio OñateProfessor Eugenio Oñate, Director of CIMNE, has been awarded the ECCOMAS Ritz-Galerkin Medal 2020. The Ritz-Galerkin Medal is the highest award given by the European Association for Computational Methods in Applied Sciences (ECCOMAS), honoring individuals who have made outstanding, sustained contributions in the field of computational methods in applied sciences over periods representing substantial portions of their professional career.

The medal will be presented to professor Eugenio Oñate in one of the next international events organized by ECCOMAS.
