Mar 31, 2020

CIMNE is participating in BCN3D’s production campaign to print 3D PPE components for healthcare staff.

Researcher Javier Soraluce is carrying out the production of pieces to create masks with the help of the 3D printer that the centre has put out to disposition for the fight against COVID-19. Once printed, the 3D parts will be assembled in the BCN3D hub located in Castelldefels (Barcelona) and then distributed among the healthcare staff.
