Call for Submissions for EUROGEN 2025 Now Open

The 16th Conference on Evolutionary and Deterministic Methods for Design, Optimization, and Control with Applications (EUROGEN 2025) has officially opened its Call for Submissions. Organized by the European Community on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences (ECCOMAS), the event will take place from 16–18 September 2025 in Lahti, Finland, hosted by the Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT).

Researchers and professionals are invited to submit proposals for Mini-Symposia (MS), Special Technology Sessions (STS), and individual contributing papers. Submissions for MS and STS are due by 28 February 2025, while abstracts for contributing papers must be submitted by 31 March 2025 through the official conference website.

About the Conference

EUROGEN 2025 will provide a platform for discussing the latest advancements in optimization techniques, including evolutionary algorithms, multi-objective optimization, and their applications in various fields such as aerospace, bioengineering, material science, and energy. The program will feature plenary sessions, technical presentations, and roundtable discussions.

Registration

Registration is now open, with early registration discounts available until 1 July 2025. The fees include access to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the conference banquet, and transportation to and from the venue.

  • Early Registration: €690 (full) / €490 (doctoral students)
  • Regular Registration: €790 (full) / €590 (doctoral students)
  • Accompanying Persons: €160
