Participants wishing to give a talk are requested to send an abstract before April 15, 2014. Abstracts will be refeered before presentation. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by April 30, 2014. Time available for oral presentations is 15 minutes with 5 additional minutes for discussion. The accepted contributed talks will be collected and distributed.
