From 14 to 17 November, the Transport Research Arena Conference (TRA 2022) was taken in Lisbon. This is the largest European research and technology conference in transport and mobility. The theme of this edition was “Moving together –reimagining mobility worldwide” and it aims for a more efficient, safer, carbon-free, inclusive, and sustainable transport in all its modes.
The CIMNE researcher Sergio Jiménez, Fatigue4Light coordinator, participated in a cluster session about electric vehicle, efficiency and lightweight materials. All the projects of the #EnLightEVs cluster presented their progress and main achievements moving towards a more sustainable mobility.

Daniel Sá, from Compass Ingeniería y Sistemas SA, an spin off of CIMNE, represented FIBRE4YARDS project, in which partnership there is also the CIMNE group of Composite and Advanced Materials for Multifunctional Structures. The FIBRE4YARDS project and its latest findings was found at the WaterborneTP stand (pavillon 2, stand 2.24).
