ABSTRACT
This seminar will be the first of the three events dedicated to the European Award for Human Resources in Research (HRS4R). It is entitled “The HRS4R Award and its benefits for the organization and researchers” and addressed to all staff and in a very particular way to researchers. The purpose of this first seminar is to advertise the benefits of having the European Award for HR in Research (HRS4R) for CIMME and its researchers and offer a summary of the Action Plan that has been developed in the entity.

Irene Martínez and Mar Mesa, members of the Human Resources department at CIMNE, and Lorena Muñoz, CEO of Effectia, a consultant that is collaborating in carrying out the project, will be the presenters.
