CIMNE participates in the ViladeHack Tourism

CIMNE participates in the ViladeHack Tourism, an event which will take place from 25 to 27 March 2022. Organized by the Viladecans City Council through the business hub Viladecans Innovation Company (VIE, according its acronym in Spanish), it expects to promote innovative solutions in sustainable tourism, as one of the Strategic Axes of Viladecans 2030.

The participation of CIMNE is within the framework of the PECT InnoDelta, a project funded by the Government of Catalonia with the European Regional Fund (ERDF) and led by Javier Mora. This participation of the CIMNE has been promoted by the Valorization of Research and Technology Transfer group of CIMNE, lead by Jordi Jiménez. The training activity will be carried out by the Building, Energy and Environment Group of CIMNE.

This hackathon proposes six challenges: an active and healthy life, natural spaces and biodiversity, commerce and gastronomy, culture and heritage, promote innovation and energy transition and sustainable tourism.
