The researcher and leader of Quality at CIMNE, Ignacio Valero, will participate at the VII Occupational Risk Prevention Congress. The event, organized by the ORP Fundation Peru, will be held on 5-6 July, 2023. It seeks to delve into the new milestones of prevention such as digitization, innovation and mental health in order to create healthier companies.
Ignacio Valero will partipate in a discussion table titled “Work stress and healthy company, (in)compatible concepts?”. It will address the need to detect in time the realities of work that can lead to developing a mental disorder, even a chronic one, in people. Disorders such as anxiety and depression, for example, could be masked in insomnia problems. It would be an space for conversation and exchange of knowledge and experiences.
