CIMNE is a research centre specialized <strong>in numerical methods in engineering<\/strong> and, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cimne.com\/vnews\/10193\/cimne-obtains-the-tecnio-accreditation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"tecnio 2017\"><strong>in 2017, it was recognized by TECNIO<\/strong><\/a> as an entity that generates and transfers new technology to the company by conducting custom R &amp; D, such as direct marketing technologies developed.<\/p>\n<p>When this concession was granted, the general manager of CIMNE, <strong>Anna Font<\/strong>, valued it as a <strong>good opportunity to enhance the position of the centre<\/strong> and highlighted that<strong> &ldquo;being TECNIO gives us more visibility as a technology supplier&rdquo;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In these past three years, the position of the centre has continued to consolidate and, in December 2019, it was also&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cimne.com\/vnews\/10819\/cimne-receives-the-severo-ochoa-accreditation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"CIMNE recieves Severo Ochoa\"><strong>recognized as a Severo Ochoa Centre of Excellence<\/strong><\/a> by the <strong>Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cimne.com\/cvdata\/cntr2\/dtos\/mdia\/$nws\/accio.png\" alt=\"TECNIO 2017\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px\" \/><br \/><span class=\"cimne green\"><strong>Archive photo (2017).
