During the day, the attendees received<strong> information about new HR initiatives, specially in the training field.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cimne.com\/cvdata\/cntr2\/spc2\/dtos\/mdia\/News\/training-phd-2.png\" alt=\"PhD training\" width=\"567\" height=\"264\" \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Content of the session:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome at CIMNE: organizational chart, research groups, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of the new PhDs and their research field<\/li>\n<li>Severo Ochoa Acreditation<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources Strategy For Researchers at CIMNE (HRS4R action plan)<\/li>\n<li>Training plan for PhDs and Career Service<\/li>\n<li>Gender Policies at CIMNE<\/li>\n<li>Skills, Interest, Values &amp; Personality<\/li>\n<li>Transferable skills for PhD students<\/li>\n<li>Training needs detection<\/li>\n<li>Networking between new PhD researchers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The session was conducted by Leticia Chico<\/strong>, leader of CIMNE&rsquo;s HR department, and<strong> Emma L&oacute;pez<\/strong>, expert in training for PhDs and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>18 new PhD researchers attended the session<\/strong> and participated actively in all the dynamics and exercices. <strong>The evaluation result was 8.4\/10.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 14th, 2021, CIMNE HR department organized a welcome session for new PhD at CIMNE.
