En permetre que ciutadans, municipis i petites empreses produeixin, comparteixin i consumeixin energia renovable de manera col\u00b7lectiva, les CER ofereixen vies per reduir emissions, disminuir costos i refor\u00e7ar l\u2019empoderament local. Tanmateix, el seu desplegament efectiu es veu limitat per reptes en la previsi\u00f3 de la demanda, l\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 de la planificaci\u00f3 i l\u2019operaci\u00f3, l\u2019assignaci\u00f3 equitativa i l\u2019alineaci\u00f3 dels models d\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 amb objectius socials i ambientals m\u00e9s amplis. Per abordar aquests reptes, aquesta tesi desenvolupa i integra m\u00e8todes computacionals basats en dades adaptats al context de les CER. En primer lloc, es va dissenyar una metodologia de predicci\u00f3 innovadora per estimar la demanda el\u00e8ctrica dom\u00e8stica amb un dia d\u2019antelaci\u00f3 utilitzant \u00fanicament dades de comptadors intel\u00b7ligents i meteorol\u00f2giques. Aquest enfocament incorpora agrupaci\u00f3 comportamental, aprenentatge autom\u00e0tic (XGBoost i ANN) i t\u00e8cniques robustes per al tractament de valors mancants, evitant aix\u00ed la recopilaci\u00f3 de dades intrusives. En segon lloc, es van desenvolupar algoritmes d\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfics per al problema, tant per a la planificaci\u00f3 com per a l\u2019operaci\u00f3 de les CER. Es van adaptar algoritmes gen\u00e8tics a la selecci\u00f3 de participants i a l\u2019assignaci\u00f3 d\u2019energia, considerant expl\u00edcitament els marcs reguladors que exigeixen coeficients d\u2019assignaci\u00f3 predefinits. Estudis complementaris van examinar mecanismes d\u2019assignaci\u00f3 en escenaris diversos mitjan\u00e7ant simulacions basades en agrupaci\u00f3, mentre que una revisi\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica de la recerca en optimitzaci\u00f3 de CER va cartografiar les tend\u00e8ncies metodol\u00f2giques, els punts cecs i el grau en qu\u00e8 els objectius ambientals i socials s\u2019integren en els models existents<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-253631 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cimne.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/energycommunities-cimne.jpg\" alt=\"Una filera de cases modernes amb teulades de teula vermella, cadascuna equipada amb diversos panells solars als vessants inclinats.
