Els m\u00e8todes recents de PMOR no lineal utilitzen xarxes neuronals per modelar la din\u00e0mica no resolta en un espai de baixa dimensi\u00f3, assolint una gran precisi\u00f3 per\u00f2 amb una interpretabilitat limitada i la necessitat de conjunts de dades d\u2019entrenament molt extensos.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta xerrada presenta alternatives interpretables i eficients pel que fa a dades, basades en regressi\u00f3 amb processos gaussians i regressi\u00f3 amb funcions de base radial per modelar els efectes de tancament en PMOR no lineal. Els m\u00e8todes proposats s\u2019integren dins un marc de Petrov\u2013Galerkin de m\u00ednims quadrats i es combinen amb t\u00e8cniques d\u2019hiperreducci\u00f3 que conserven l\u2019energia per construir models hiperredu\u00efts eficients. Els resultats num\u00e8rics en problemes exigents \u2014incloent-hi fluxos dominats per xocs i fluxos turbulents\u2014 mostren que aquests enfocaments igualen o superen els m\u00e8todes basats en xarxes neuronals, tot requerint molta menys informaci\u00f3 d\u2019entrenament. La seva recerca se centra en models redu\u00efts no lineals basats en projecci\u00f3, t\u00e8cniques d\u2019hiperreducci\u00f3 i m\u00e8todes basats en dades per a simulacions d\u2019escala gran i aplicacions de bessons digitals.
