Encara que els models bidimensionals (2D) convencionals s\u00f3n computacionalment eficients, ometen processos tridimensionals clau, com ara l&#8217;estratificaci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica. Els models tridimensionals (3D) proporcionen una representaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica m\u00e9s precisa, per\u00f2 requereixen extensos recursos computacionals, fet que els fa inviables per a aplicacions a gran escala. Aquesta recerca desenvolupa un marc computacional que combina Computaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Alt Rendiment (HPC), Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial (IA) i simulaci\u00f3 multif\u00edsica 3D avan\u00e7ada per a salvar aquesta escletxa.<\/p>\n<p>Un model hidromorfodin\u00e0mic bidimensional (R-Iber) es va reimplementar per a Unitats de Processament Gr\u00e0fic (GPUs), aconseguint acceleracions computacionals d&#8217;un a dos ordres de magnitud. El model accelerat va permetre l&#8217;entrenament d&#8217;un model substitut (surrogate) basat en Xarxes Neuronals Profundes (DNN), possibilitant una an\u00e0lisi de Monte Carlo de 100.000 execucions per a una calibraci\u00f3 robusta del model i la quantificaci\u00f3 de la incertesa. En paral\u00b7lel, es va desenvolupar un model multif\u00edsic tridimensional complet en l&#8217;entorn Kratos per a per simular el problema fluid t\u00e8rmic tridimensional.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;enfocament integrat es va aplicar al sistema de l&#8217;embassament de Riba-roja. Es va avaluar com l&#8217;estratificaci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica afecta l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia d&#8217;atrapament de sediments.
