The project (RTC-2017-6324-5), funded by the <strong>FEDER<\/strong> through the <strong>Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities<\/strong> (State Research Agency) within the 2017 &#8220;Collaboration Challenges&#8221; call, is coordinated by the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inclam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"INCLAM Group\">INCLAM Group<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"cimne blue-background\" style=\"padding-left: 15px\">SMILER&rsquo;s presence at events<\/h4>\n<p>Last September, Bucharest hosted the <a href=\"http:\/\/waterloss2019.org\/index.php\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Waterloss\"><strong>Water Loss 2019<\/strong><\/a> conference, where David J. Vicente, CIMNE&rsquo;s principal investigator for this project, made a presentation entitled <strong>&ldquo;Adaptive algorithm for water loss estimation in networks based on advanced analysis of Minimum Night Flow (MNF)&rdquo;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cimne.com\/sgp\/rtd\/Project.aspx?id=828\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"SMILER project\">SMILER project<\/a><\/strong> also had a notable presence at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jia2019.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"jia\"><strong>VI Water Engineering Conference<\/strong><\/a>, which took place in Toledo from <strong>October 22 to 25, 2019<\/strong>. At this Conference, members of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cimne.com\/3190\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"CIMNE Madrid\"><strong>CIMNE Madrid<\/strong><\/a> (Javier San Mauro, Fernando Salazar and David J.
