The article explains the results of a cooperative research between CIMNE, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcc.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"FCC\"><strong>FCC<\/strong><\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upm.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"UPM\"><strong>UPM<\/strong><\/a> within the framework of the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cimne.com\/sgp\/rtd\/Project.aspx?id=717\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"CALA\"><strong>CALA<\/strong><\/a>, funded by the <strong>Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitivity and ended in December 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both\"><\/div>\n<h4 class=\"cimne blue-background\">About the project<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1.2em\"><strong>CALA<\/strong> proposes the <strong>improvement of hydrological safety and the increase in the reservoir capacity of factory dams through the implementation of lateral channels<\/strong>.
